Less is More #274

The challenge this week at Less is More is to create a card using designer paper in a CAS style. I didn't manage to take part in last week's LIM challenge, as my cardmaking and blogging had to take a bit of a back seat due to other things that were happening, so I was determined to take part this week.



The papers I used were Sizzix Little Sizzles Watercolours, they've been in my crafting stash forever so are probably no longer available. The word die is by Tattered Lace, I cut the word a couple of times in black card as well as the orange paper and layered them up. I also used my SSS stitched circles and stitched squares dies and the linen card is from Papermill.

I actually had a lovely surprise the other day when I discovered that I'd been chosen as the April Winner at Less is More, it's really made my week.

    Yay for your win! Well deserved. I love how you've managed to make patterned paper very LIM. I'm also surprised to see that the die is my Tattered Lace - not their usual florid style at all! Xx

      I was surprised by this die too. It came in a mystery pack of 5 mini Tattered Lace dies, the pack only cost me £2.95 p&p! I used it for the first time today and it cut beautifully. I can see me using it quite a lot x
