Freshly Made Sketches #225

Another great sketch this week at Freshly Made Sketches.

Here is the sketch

and here is my card

For my card I used what I think is my favourite mask of the moment, my Dutch Doobadoo Burlap Mask. I used this along with my Tim Holtz Distress Marker Spritzer and a Twisted Citron Distress Marker. I also used my Memory Box Chloe Stem Die, which I was quite pleased about as it has been sitting unused in my craft cupboard since I bought it ages ago! I actually cut the stem out three times and layered it up to give a bit of depth. The sentiment is from the Fiskars Petals From Scratch set and I cut out the black circle using a die from the Die-namics Blueprints 13 set.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.
Happy crafting

  3. It's such a great CASE on the sketch. I love the colour of the sponged background with that texture. It goes so well with the black of the flower. Beautifully done. Xx

  4. Oh, I love that Chloe stem die and it looks beautiful against your stenciled burlap bg, Karen!! The green is so lovely and soft and really have that die cut stem shine!!! The little sentiment circle with the scalloped edge is just perfect!!!! Lovely!!!
